When will I receive my order? 

Orders will generally ship within 3-7 business days, unless stated otherwise in the product description. If you need to place an order to meet a certain deadline, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please email us at

You will receive a shipping confirmation email the evening after your order ships, with a tracking number. 

How much is shipping?

We offer free ground shipping to the contiguous United States. 

Who will deliver my order?

We ship via USPS and FEDEX to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available. We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in the mail. 

Do you ship internationally?

No, not at the moment! Yet, we are hoping to include this option in the very near future. 


Does NOVEMBER SIX accept returns and exchanges? 

We accept returns and exchanges for store credit, for unused merchandise  (except fine jewelry, and unless stated otherwise in product description) with all tags attached - within 14 days  from the day the merchandise is delivered. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped, in order to receive a store credit. Free domestic shipping and returns. All sale items are final sale. 

Fashion Jewelry (Return Policy) 
Unworn items can be returned within 30 days of the ship date, for a store credit, unless marked as final sale. 

Fine Jewelry (Return Policy) 
All fine jewelry sales are final, unless stated otherwise in product description, or there is a defect in the merchandise. 

* All jewelry returns must be properly insured through the carrier (USPS, FEDEX, UPS), as NOVEMBER SIX is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

How do I arrange a return or exchange?

How long will it take to process my return?
